We farm approx. 600 certified organic acres in DeKalb Co.  Emily and Claire are milking approx. 20
Guernsey and Jersey cows.  While our land is certified organic, the cows are not, but they receive a
certified organic diet of our farm-grown hay and oats, with pasture to graze in.  Our cows receive no
corn, wheat, or soybeans and we don’t use hormones or antibiotics.

result of the family’s pursuit for high-quality foods directly from the farmer/producer. Array of foods from
various providers include organic grass-fed beef and pork; pastured chickens and eggs; raw milk,
